Letter of Recommendation for Dell Deaton

To Whom It May Concern:

I am a single divorced mother of a 13 year old special needs child and a 10 year old boy. After 15 years of marriage my husband asked for a divorce. That was 4 years ago. Needless to say it has been traumatic and still is a difficult situation.

The Divorce Support program and the workshop that Dell Deaton has [organized and facilitated] has helped me tremendously. The weekly divorce support group that Dell started up after the initial 8 week workshop ended has also been of great help. He has provided a place for people like me ... and a welcoming group to share frustrations and badly broken hearts to heal. Dell is supportive, tries to give everyone a chance to speak freely without judging. He tries to let us "do the talk & the walk" ourselves. In other words he has us figure out what to do. It also has been a great place to vent, because sometimes that's all you can do.

I wish Dell Deaton the best in any future endeavors he wants to do along these lines....
