June 8, 2003 To Whom it May Concern, The purpose of this letter is to express my highest personal recommendation of Dell Deaton. I first met Dell at the Divorce Recovery Group in which he facilitates. During the time I have come to know Dell, he has always been a very kind person. During many of the group sessions, Dell has proven himself to be very caring and concerned for others. He facilitates the group in a gentle and professional way. The environment makes people feel at ease in discussing their concerns. Dell has demonstrated good judgment while facilitating the group. In addition, Dell has shown a consistent professional attitude towards people. This attitude is apparent, because of his focus on team effort within the group. In conclusion, I have found it a joy to converse with Dell. I feel at ease and feel that he holds things in confidence. I believe that Dell would be an asset to any organization. — Ypsilanti, Michigan |
